HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SHOOT
OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS

Richard Halasi has been strengthening our team since 2020, and he can already boast of hundreds of satisfied customers. Richi learned the tricks of portrait photography from Balázs, so you will be in very good hands in front of his camera.

LOCATION
The photoshoot location depends on the agreement, either our studio or the location designated by your company.

PARKING
Due to the bike lane on József körút, it is unfortunately difficult to find a place around the house. If you arrive by car, we recommend that you park your car in the Corvin Plaza parking lot.
PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS
At the beginning of the photoshoot, we select from the clothes you brought. You can find a more detailed description of the recommended items of clothing below.
After that, for women we prepare makeup, which takes roughly 30 minutes. We create natural makeup for our business portraits that matches your style.
The duration of company photo shoots is typically 15-20 minutes per person. The pictures taken are instantly uploaded to a computer, so we can constantly look back at them together. Looking back at the pictures, we discuss the settings that work well for you, and we continue the session accordingly. You will choose the final images to be retouched with the photographer during the session.
We do not hand over raw images in any form. If you would like to purchase retouched images in addition to those financed by your company, you have the option to do so as well. We can discuss this during the photo shoot.
The retouched images are sent in digital form via a file sharing system, usually within 10 working days after the photo shoot to the contact person of your company.
HOW YOU SHOULD PREPARE FOR THE PHOTO SESSION?
1. GOOD SLEEP
The most important rule is to try to rest properly the day before the photo shoot. Yes, we know, this is the most difficult task. :)
2. CLOTHING
Choose clothes for the photo shoot in which you feel good.
If you come to our studio, we ask you to bring as many clothes as possible, then we will choose together which ones to take photos in.
Plain color or simple large patterns work the best on photos.
Dresses with interesting necklines are the best. The deep cut dresses do not look good on headshots.
It is worth paying attention to appropriate size of the dressing. Tight-fitting, slim-fit clothes look best in pictures. Make sure that the neck of the shirt or blouse fits tight when fully buttoned up.
Recommended clothes
For women: blouses, blazers, plain tops, dresses with interesting necks, tight sweaters
For men: elegant plain shirts, thin jacket, tie (depending on company policy)

3. MAKEUP and HAIRSTYLE
WOMEN
For women appropriate makeup is essential for headshots and portraits. We work with several proven make-up artists who know well what kind of make-up looks good under studio lights. It is best if you arrive without makeup. If you don't feel comfortable without makeup on the street, that's no problem, we'll help you wash it off during the photo shoot.
Hairstyle is a sensitive topic for women, I think that you should come with a hairstyle you wear during weekdays. It is best if you schedule it so that you go to your hairdresser shortly before the photo shoot.
Please come with freshly washed hair is possible.
During the photo shoot, we will help you arrange your hair so that your existing hairstyle can be seen in the best possible way in the photos.
MEN
For men no makeup needed, minor skin defects can be corrected quickly during post-production.
